Payment:We use PapPal for your and our ease. It’s easy, secure, and quickly confirmed so we can ship your goodies as soon as possible. If you don’t have PapPal and would like to become a member, please visit www.paypal.com. The payment can then be directly processed from your account into ours. The sooner we get the moola, the sooner you get the package of goodies. If you are anything like me, you want to have the goodies yesterday. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express but prefer PayPal. If you want to use a credit card you will need to contact us. Shipping: We ship the ol’fashion American way though the USPS. Free shipping via First Class within the United States. Priorty and Standard Int'l Flat Rate Shipping is a flat fee of $5.00. We ship your package, 1-2 days after payment. Insurance: Optional, but highly recommended. Without insurance we hold no responsibility once the item is shipped out. If you would like insurance for your purchase, it can be added to your order when you check out. If you have any issues, please contact me at Moon@mixedmediajewelry.com.
Returns: I want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If there is a problem, don’t fester because life is too short. Please contact me at Moon@mixedmediajewelry.com and we'll arrange a refund or exchange.
Customs: Drop me a line and I will ask my Muse. Most items, the answer will be yes. Most times of the year, the answer will be yes unless it's during my busy season.
